Ingredients

2-serving
  • 5Dosa Cut into pieces
  • 1Carrot Peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4Green capsicum Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoonPepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonTomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • 3Onions Thinly sliced
  • 2Green chilli Thinly sliced
  • , thinly 8 ClovesGarlic sliced
  • 2 teaspoonsOil
  • 1 to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonChilli sauce
  • 1/2 CupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Make all the dosas into small pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chillies and garlic, and fry until onion turns light brown

  3. 3

    Add carrot and capsicum, cook until they slightly tender

  4. 4

    Now add all the sauces, salt and pepper powder, mix properly for a minute in a low flame

  5. 5

    Add dosa pieces and mix properly and cook for 4-5 minutes by closing the lid

  6. 6

    Now garnish coriander leaves and Chinese dosa is ready to serve with coconut/pudhina chutney or sambar or tomato sauce
