Everyday we eat dosa. But this is different from dosa which we eat everyday.. Spicy and yummy!
Steps

Make all the dosas into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chillies and garlic, and fry until onion turns light brown
- 3
Add carrot and capsicum, cook until they slightly tender
- 4
Now add all the sauces, salt and pepper powder, mix properly for a minute in a low flame
- 5
Add dosa pieces and mix properly and cook for 4-5 minutes by closing the lid
- 6
Now garnish coriander leaves and Chinese dosa is ready to serve with coconut/pudhina chutney or sambar or tomato sauce
