In a large container, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and lemon juice. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled.

Add sugar to juice mixture; mix well. Add ice-cream; beat with a wire whisk until blended.

Pour into glasses; garnish with orange slice.
