Ingredients

  • 1 CupRice flour
  • 2 TablespoonsAll purpose flour
  • 1 TablespoonSemolina
  • 3 TablespoonsWheat flour
  • 4 TablespoonsSugar
  • 2 Tablespoonsbutter Clarified
  • 1/2Banana Ripe
  • PinchBaking powder
  • as RequiredMilk
  • 3 TeaspoonsCardamom fennel seeds Peppercorns Crushed , ,
  • 2 TablespoonsCoconut Grated
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend together sugar and butter till fluffy. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk slowly and make a batter which is a bit thinner than cake batter. Keep aside a rest it for 2 hrs.

    Heat oil in a flat bottomed pan. Put the batter in a piping bag with a big nozzle.

  3. 3

    Pipe the batter in the hot oil making circles. Cook in medium flame. Turn when it turns light brown. Turn using two chop sticks or a knife.

  4. 4

    Serve hot or cold with spicy Alu dum:))
