Blend together sugar and butter till fluffy. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk slowly and make a batter which is a bit thinner than cake batter. Keep aside a rest it for 2 hrs.

Heat oil in a flat bottomed pan. Put the batter in a piping bag with a big nozzle.

Pipe the batter in the hot oil making circles. Cook in medium flame. Turn when it turns light brown. Turn using two chop sticks or a knife.

Serve hot or cold with spicy Alu dum:))
