1.boil and paste the kadala well.

2.add ghee to the mixture and stir it well until it became a thick fluid.

3.take the jaggary and mix it with water and filter it... the filtrate is added to the boiling mixture.stir it well.add boiled chavvory to this for the thickening of payasam

4.take the thick coconut milk to the boiling mixture...stir it well until it became thick.

Again add coconut milk to this..and low down the flam

To the dish add fried grapes and nuts with coconut.
