Butter Cake
Plain butter cake for beginners :)
Steps

Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder and keep aside

Blend powdered sugar and unsalted butter using hand blender or food processor
- 3
Add egg one after the other by blending in between
- 4
Add sieved all purpose floor to the above mixture
- 5
Add salt and essence and finally blend it
- 6
Take an aluminium coated tin and pour the above mixture.

Place the tin in microwave which has convention and set the temperature to 475 fareheit and time to 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, butter cake is ready !! :)
