In a frying pan add oil and sauté the onion till transparent,Then add ginger garlic paste and stir for 30 seconds.Add cut tomatoes and fry till dry.

Add turmeric,and chilly powder and Lima beans and stir for a while,Then add one cop of water. Add salt and pressure cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves..Tasty avaraekkalu curry is ready. This goes well with rice,chappathi and even idles.
