Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, coffee powder in a bowl.In another bowl melt butter, add milk mix well

Now add the maida and lemon juice mixing well. Beat the mixture well for 5 minutes.The mixture thickens to ribbon consistency.

Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle maida over it. Spread it well..pour the cake mixture to the baking pan. Bake it for in preheated oven for 45 mins.

Cool down the cake properly, now cut the cake horizontally in two pieces . Sprinkle sugar syrup on the one Cake slice. Mix sugar and cream properly.

Apply whipped cream on cake slice. Cover it from another slice, Apply sugar syrup then cover whole cake with the help of cream.

Decorate with cherries and grated chocolate
