
Low Carb Cheese and Onion Quiche

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a skillet, add the butter and melt over medium-low heat. Add onions and saute until onion are translucent and soft. Removefrom heat.

Butter a quiche pan or pie dish. Put 1 cup of shredded cheese in the bottom of buttered pan.

Add cooked onions in an even layer over cheese.

Crack eggs and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the cream and spices and whisk togethet until well mixed and frothy.

Pour mixture over cheese and onions, then use fork to gently distribute cheese and onions into egg and cream mixture.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until set and puffy and slightly golden in the center.
