  3. 1/2 tspJeera cumin seeds / ... .
  4. 1/2 tspMustard Seeds Rai / ... .
  5. pinchof . hing
  6. 1chilly .... green [ Diced
  7. 1 tspTamarind paste [... to taste .
  8. water .
  9. masala For dry
  10. 6 tbspsPeanuts [ roasted ... .
  11. 2 tbspsSesame seeds ... .
  12. 1 tbspPoppy seeds water [ Soak in for min ... 10 .
  13. Salt .
  14. 1 tspchilly Red powder [ As per taste ... .
  15. 1/2 tspTurmeric ... .
  16. 1 tbspDhaniya seeds corriander seeds / ... .
  17. 1/2 tspJeera ... powder .

Steps

    In a wok, heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add jeers and rai. Let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Add the green chilly.

  4. 4

    Now add the capsicum and a little water.

  5. 5

    Reduce the flame to low-med. Cover with a lid and cook until half done.

  6. 6

    TO make the masala, in a dry grinder, grind dhaniya seeds first.

  7. 7

    Now add the peanuts, poppy seeds, jeera powder, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, red chilly powder and salt.

  8. 8

    Churn untila coarse powder is made.

  9. 9

    Once the capsicums are half done, tip the masala in the wok.

  10. 10

    Stir well. Add little water if needed.

  11. 11

    Now add the tamarind paste and mix well.

  12. 12

    Taste to adjust the seasoning.

  13. 13

    Serve with bhakri, paratha or Poori.
