Steps

In a large pot, boil chicken breast in water with 3 bullion cubes, and chopped carrots. Will take about 30 minutes if chicken is thawed.

remove chicken and place in strainer. continue boiling carrots. cool chicken with cold water and pull off bone. place pulled chicken back in pot with boiling carrots.

chop celery and onion and add to pot.

add salt, pepper and parsley.

boil for 15 minutes. add remaining 2 bullion cubes and an additional 4 cups of hot water.

bring back to boil and add noodles until cooked.
