Ingredients

  • 100 gmsPaneer thin ... [ Cut in strips .
  • 4 - 5Chapatis [I used a day old Cut them in managable pieces/strips]
  • 3 tbspsTomato Puree . ...
  • 1onion ... Medium [ Sliced .
  • 1chilly ... Green [ Finely chopped .
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds . ...
  • 1.5 tbspsOil . ...
  • 2 - 3 tbspswater .
  • Salt .
  • Pepper .
  • Coriander .
  • lemon . Squirt of

Steps

    In a wok, hear the oil. Add cumin seeds and green chillies.

  2. 2

    Add the onions and cook until soft.

  3. 3

    Add the puree, salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Once the fat is separated, add the paneer and cook for a few min with lid on.

  5. 5

    Now put about 2-3 tbsp water to make the masala a little wet. [If it has become too dry.

  6. 6

    Add the chapatis and toss them around.

  7. 7

    Top them up with coriander and lemon.

  8. 8

    Serve warm.
