  2. 2 Tablespoonsghee
  3. sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the banans in round shape - make sure it is thin enough.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with enough ghee to shallow fry the sliced banana pieces.

  3. 3

    Once the pieces started getting brownish remove it from heat and spread required sugar on top.

  4. 4

    Done..serve!
