  • 300 gramsmince pork meat
  • 3 large2 salted egg yolk and 1 salted egg whole
  • 2 largeeggs beaten
  • 1WATER equal amount of 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 dashwhite pepper and light soy sauce
  • 2 largecentury eggs slice
  • garnish
  • 1 bunchchop scallion
  • 1 smallcili chop

20 mins
  1. 1

    mix mince meat and salted eggs with sesame oil then add beaten eggs and water mix gently

  2. 2

    add pepper and soy sauce mix gently then top century eggs and steam for 20 minute

  3. 3

    springkle scallion and ci,i and serve hot
