Ingredients

  • 1 cupmung bean sprouts
  • 1 cupmushrooms sliced fresh
  • 1 cupbasil fresh leaves
  • 2 tbspscoconut oil
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute mushrooms in little coconut oil and salt to taste. Cook until slightly brown.

  2. 2

    Blend basil leaves and oil together.

  3. 3

    Add pesto to mushrooms and toss to coat.

  4. 4

    Turn off heat and add bean sprouts, toss to coat.
