- 4
Add 1 egg at a time to wet ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well with clean hands after each egg.
- 5
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients a little at a time still stirring with clean hands.
- 6
Add chocolate chips and mix well with clean hands.
- 7
Spoon by the rounded teaspoonful or use small cookie scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet pan.
- 8
Bake from 9 to 11 minutes or until slightly brown. Watch them closely as they bake. Don't over bake. They will seem too soft, but will continue to cook some as they sit on the baking pan. They will firm up as they cool. Makes 4 dozen small cookies.
