Firstly, let me apologize for all the purple you have been seeing on my blog and for all the purple that is yet to be posted! If you are not a jamun fan, trust me, this ice cream will definitely convert you; and for that, I make no apologies!
It really does taste as good as it looks! I am in love with this ice cream, and so are the kids. I used jamun compote instead of the raw jamun fruit because the compote is much sweeter without sacrificing that lovely jamun taste.
A very simple, three ingredient ice cream, bursting with flavour!

Ingredients

1-liter

2 cupsheavy cream
1/4 tincondensed milk
1/2 cupjamun compote

Steps

Make your jamun compote first and allow it to cool completely.

Blend the heavy cream until thick.

Add in jamun compote and condensed milk and blend.

Taste, add in more jamun or condensed milk depending on your taste preference.

Freeze for 4 hours at least.
