Ingredients

2-to-3serving
  • 6bread slices
  • 1 cupcheese grated
  • 1onion , finely chopped
  • 1tomato , finely chopped
  • 1capsicum , finely chopped
  • 2green chilli , chopped
  • 3 - 4 tbspscoriander leaves green chopped
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • salt

Steps

    Mix all the above ingredients.

  2. 2

    Toast each slice from one side and spread the mixture on the other side of each slice.

  3. 3

    Pre heat the oven in 180 degree c. and grill all the slices for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
