Ek gehr pan lein aur use doodh daal kar garam karein. Ab dudh ubalne par chawal daale aur pakne dein.

Ab pan me suagr daal kar chalaye aur kheer ko 5 minute pakne dein ab usme dry fruits aur elaichi powder daal kar chalaye. Kheer ko 2 minute pakne dein.

Ab kheer ko gas se utaar kar halka dhanda hone dein phr usme mango puree daal kar ache se chalaye.

Ab kheer ko freezer me thanda hone ke liye rakhna dein.

Ab thandi thandi kheer par dry fruits aur mango slices daal kar serve karein.
