Leave meat to come to room temp.

Heat pan until smoking, meanwhile Salt/season

Add a tiny bit of oil to pan, then from steak on each side (about 5 minutes each depending on thickness)

When almost done, add butter and a few dashes of W sause, bast meat, flip in juices.

Using a meat thermometer serve at no less than 115F (115 is Rare, I always cook my steaks to med-rare because I have a cheapo meat thermometer and I don't want anyone getting sick!)
