Steps
- 1
Gather all the ingredients
- 2
Roast the red bell pepper in open flame or in oven. Once roasted wrap it in aluminum foil and keep it for sometimes so that it cooks and softens in the residue heat.
- 3
Dry roast the walnut too for few minutes and breadcrumbs too. Let it cool.
- 4
Add all ingredients in a mixer grinder jar, peel the red bell pepper too and add it too. Adjust and add the extra virgin olive oil too, so that it easily grinds. If it become too runny add in the breadcrumbs and adjust the consistency according, it should not be too runny or too thick.
- 5
Put it in a serving bowl. Drizzle with pomegranate molasses and garnish with mint, chilli and chopped walnut and serve it as part of your mezze platter ! We enjoyed as dip with air fried mutton kebabs (meatballs), mutton paya, naan and salad.
