Wash the unripe plantains, Remove the green skin and cut into bits - Set Aside

Place the chopped plantain into a pot. Add little water then add fish and onions, allow it cook for at least 5 minutes, add pepper, bouillon cube, salt, cover pot and cook for another 8minutes

Add crayfish and palm oil. Check for salt and seasoning if need be. Cook for about 15mins till it softens.

Reduce heat and add scented leave turn off heat after 5mins and serve.
