Ingredients

  • 4Green unripe plantains
  • 1bulb onion diced
  • 4fresh habanero pepper diced
  • 1 handfulscent leaves diced
  • 2Medium Fresh fish
  • 1Cksp Palmoil
  • 2knorr cubes
  • 1Cksp blended Crayfish
  • to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Wash the unripe plantains, Remove the green skin and cut into bits - Set Aside

  2. 2

    Place the chopped plantain into a pot. Add little water then add fish and onions, allow it cook for at least 5 minutes, add pepper, bouillon cube, salt, cover pot and cook for another 8minutes

  3. 3

    Add crayfish and palm oil. Check for salt and seasoning if need be. Cook for about 15mins till it softens.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat and add scented leave turn off heat after 5mins and serve.
