First of all, soak the urad in hot water for 6 hours and boil it in a cooker for 4 whistles

Then put oil in a pan, add crushed garlic and sauté it and make tomato puree, add it and let it cook

Add the boiled urad and also add chili and add a little butter and let it boil for 1 hour. Add water as required.

Then add butter again and let it boil for 5 minutes, add as much butter as possible and let it boil for as long as possible. Only then will it have a velvety taste.
