Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serve
  1. 1fish
  2. 10 mloil
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 tspcurry powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions in oil till golden brown

  2. 2

    Then add tomatoes salt and curry powder and cook till soft

  3. 3

    Add a cup of water and a piece of fish (already deep fried)

  4. 4

    Allow it to boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Best served with Ugali
