My son Brandon loves to eat beans on weekends. Being a mother has made me want to cook nice and healthy meals rather than just eating out.
I ask myself is it nutritious? Is it healthy?

Put beans in a cooking pot and fill in water.cover it and let it cook for an hour.

Put cooking oil in a sufuria. Let it heat up a bit then add chopped onions to cook for a minute.

Add tomatoes and chopped carrots and cover it to cook for 5 minutes.

Crush the royco cubes into the sufuria as you stir and add salt to taste

Add boiled beans into the sufuria and cover it to steam for 2 minutes.

Stir the mixture as you add water then cover it to cook for 5 minutes.

Brandon is eagerly waiting to eat it with chapati or white rice..
