  1. 2 bunchkales chopped
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2medium size tomatoes chopped
  4. salt
  5. cooking oil

    Saute the onion in a clean sauce pan add the tomatoes and let it cook completely add the kales and mix and salt and mix well cover with a lid and let it cook serve with cornballs or any dish of your choice.
