Chop one half of hoho into small sizes

Chop half of the tomato into small sizes
- 3
Chop the onions into small.sizes

Put small amount of cooking oil in your pan and place on fire to heat

Put the onions..hoho and cut tomato into a can and add some salt.. break 2-3eggs in the can and stir to mix
- 6
After the oil.has got some heat.....pour the mixture of eggs and all ingredients on the pan and spread slowly regulate the amount of fire to avoid the omelette sticking on the pan. cook for three minutes and ensure both sides of the eggs are ready it takes 8minutes for the omelette to be ready. served when hot
