#tikkad in haryanvi language-paratha of onion and coriander leaves Curd Green chutney Gud ki panjiri because khaane ke saath gud lete hain. Butter (homemade). Take wheat flour and make two balls and roll them.

Now spread some ghee on one rolled chapatti,the mixture of chopped onion-1,chopped coriander leaves,salt as per taste, black pepper powder,pinch of ajwain and press it with hands.

Now keep another rolled chapatti over it and press them from the corners with ghee. Now roast it from both the sides on tawa with ghee.

Serve hot with butter curd and panjiri
