First of all, this recipe was a great mistake! This recipe was originally supposed to be for ganache but I guess I failed with the cream I used single instead of double but this tastes AMAZING and just like custard!

First of all, this recipe was a great mistake! This recipe was originally supposed to be for ganache but I guess I failed with the cream I used single instead of double but this tastes AMAZING and just like custard!

To start, pour out the amount of chocolate you want to use I used approx. 4-5 tbsp of curled chocolate as I ran out of normal! :)

Now pour the same amount of cream into a saucepan. On low medium.

When bubbles appear, MAKE SURE IT IS NOT BOILING, quickly take off saucepan. And pour over Chocolate!

Mix!

When done mixing, it wouldn't be done just yet so pop in the fridge for approx. 1-2 hours

Voila! (The colour looks a little different because of the light!)

I poured mine over some cake and it was delish!
