Steps

Mix onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise to the onion tomato mixture.

Mix well so that the mayonnaise coats the veges well.

Stuffing is ready.

Take two small balls from the dough for making chapati.

Roll it into two normal chapati.

Place one chapati on the rolling board.

And spread stuffing on it.

Then place another chapati on the stuffing to cover it.

Now close it from the sides by turning it, so that it seals properly and the stuffing should not fall down.

Heat tawa and drizzle little oil on it.

Place paratha on the tawa and cook on slow flame for few sec.

Turn the side.

Oil it from both sides.

Cook on high flame till both sides are golden and crispy.

Corn parantha is ready to serve.
