Boil water at maximum heat until it becomes warm then turn off the heat. in a big bowl or sufuria put 3/4 of the flour, 1/2 sugar(depending on your preference) 1tsp baking powder, margarine and salt then mix. Add the eggs and turn continuously. Add the water as you continue kneading until the dough becomes firm enough.

When you finish kneading cover the dough. put the dough on a flat area after spreading a little flour on the surface to prevent the from sticking to the surface.

Using a roller roll the dough until it becomes flat but not too thin and use a knife or a glass the make different shapes.

Put 1litre of cooking oil in a sufuria and turn on the heat to maximum heat. Let the oil heat until you see bubbles then start putting in the pieces. The number depends on the size of the sufuria. As the mandazis cook continue the cycle until you have finished.
