Ingredients

1/2 cupBourbon
1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
1/4 cupsoy sauce
3 tablespoonscider vinegar
2-3 clovesgarlic
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoonolive oil

Steps

1

Place olive oil in a saucepan and warm it.

Put pepper and 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced) into saucepan and brown
3

Once browned add all other ingredients and bring to a boil
4

Reduce heat to simmer
5

Allow sauce to reduce until desired consistency is reached
