It's raining in the mountain town, and I really crave a hot bowl of spicy Korean noodles. But since it's raining and I'm too lazy to go out, I decided to make it myself—it's tasty, nutritious, and affordable!
Spicy Beef Noodle Soup for Dinner
It's raining in the mountain town, and I really crave a hot bowl of spicy Korean noodles. But since it's raining and I'm too lazy to go out, I decided to make it myself—it's tasty, nutritious, and affordable!
Steps
- 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Pour about 3/4–1 1/4 cups water (200–300 ml) into a pot, add the kimchi and carrot, and bring to a boil. Add the noodles, mushrooms, and the seasoning packet from the noodles.
- 2
Next, add the beef and napa cabbage and cook until done. Slice the sausage and chop the cilantro, then add them on top.
- 3
Serve hot with Thai basil (the kind used for pho). It tastes just as good as at a restaurant!
