Boil your water in a sufuria add salt to taste and aspoonful of cookong oil. Add your rinsed rice and leave to simmer. Cook on low heat untill ready. Set aside.

Fry onions untill golden fry and add cut tomato and capsicum and let cook. Add your peeled bananas and a little water for soup and cover for about 10 minutes untill the bananas are ready. Mix them together. Once the bananas are cooked set aside.

Fry onion in another pan with a little oil. Add you cut spinach and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure they are not overcooked.
