25Chicken Pieces of Boneless (Cleaned & Diced)
1Lemon
2 TablespoonsKashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
1 1/2 TeaspoonsGaram Masala
3 TablespoonsGinger Garlic - Paste
2 TablespoonsBesan
1Egg
7 - 10Curry Leaves (Small Pieces)
- 3 DropsRed Color (Optional)
to tasteSalt
Oil for frying

Take a bowl, add to chicken all the ingredients.(I didn't use Red Color)

Marinate the chicken well and keep it aside for 3 hours.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till its done.
