Cook rice for 30mins......stew for 20mins

Wash rice into a pot,add water n a little quantity of salt to taste n boil utill its soft..put the pot down as soon as its dry

For the stew get your fresh water snail,season it. Set ur pot, add groundnut oil when its a little bit hot.. Add your onion n fresh tomatoe and allow to fry, then add thin tomatoe and your seasonings,then add pepper, salt n maggi to taste and add water in bit... Allow to cook for 10mins.Now your stew is ready

For the cucumber,wash it with clean water and slice into my desired shape n size

Always stire your stew when cooking so it doesn't get burnt or stick to the pot
