Biryani the cuisine itself is sufficient no need of any introduction it's so popular and probably liked by all ...veg or non veg or both. I have gone with veg dum biryani with curd and stir fried vegetable salad....

Biryani the cuisine itself is sufficient no need of any introduction it's so popular and probably liked by all ...veg or non veg or both. I have gone with veg dum biryani with curd and stir fried vegetable salad....
Steps

Take a pan or kadai heat oil and butter and add all the whole masala

When it starts cracking add 2 sliced onion and fry. Sauté a bit and then add paneer cubes and fry till both changes there color

Add all the blanched vegetables and cook for few minutes

Add ginger garlic and green chill paste and mix it well with light hands

Soak saffron in lukewarm milk

Add all the dry masala and toss it well

Add curd and mix well

Take a heavy bottom pan and start arranging the biryani. First layer cooked vegetables and second layer rice

Take another pan and deep fry 2 sliced onions and cashews till brown in color

Now arrange the biryani in same manner and then add biryani essence and soaked saffron

At the last place the fried onions and cashews

Close the pan with a lid so that it's airtight and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes

The biryani is ready to serve. Serve it with raita and salad
