Ingredients

  1. sugar paste 250g pastry cream 250g think custard Bananas 5
  2. 5 tbspApricot glaze

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook flan blind allow to cool

  2. 2

    Make pastry cream or custard and pour while hot in the flan case

  3. 3

    Allow to set peel and slice the bananas neatly

  4. 4

    Arrange overlapping layers on the pastry

  5. 5

    Cream coat with glaze and serve
