This is one the meat types i really enjoy. It is not only cheap, it also tasty and really sweet. Enjoy my cooking process

Wash the matumbo and cut it to small tiny pieces. Then cook the matumbo for 3 hours until soft to your liking by simmering in water.

When cooked, in a suitable sufuria, fry the onion and garlic until slightly brown

Add the tomatoes and cook until soft add little water if the mixture Starts to stick at the surface.

Add the beef cubes and allow to melt for a few seconds before mixing into the tomato mix.

Add the peppers and cook for 1 minute, then the cooked matumbowhich you should also mix into the mixture.

Then dissolve royco in 10 mls of cold water before pouring into the simmering stew. Add salt to taste.

Then cook for about 3 minutes. Serve with Ugali of rice.
