Cut and wash meat then put to boil until soft and tender.

Dice onions and coriander. When the meat becomes soft

Add cooking oil and onions and stir until it turns golden brown.

Add salt and royco mchuzi mix stir then add coriander and leave it to cook.

Serve hot with greens.
