Wash beef then cut to retain nutrients

Put to boil with salt, curry powder, and 2 tbsp of oil. (Add a 1/2 cup of water)

After water has evaporated add in the chopped onions and 1 tbsp of oil if oil is not enough. Fry until transparent. Then add the chopped tomatoes.

Stir for five minutes. Then mix 15 ml of water with royco and add to the cooking beef.

Continue stirring and let it cook for 2minutes then add 1/2 of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Serve with Ugali or Rice.
