This is a 2-minute creation that works in so many ways. On salad, beef, chicken, shrimp. The possibilities are really endless.

I don't like salads but I can eat it with this dressing. I found the recipe online mimicking McDonald's southwest salad dressing.

Great with coleslaw

This is just my version of a favorite simple, light and tasty dish. I didn't have any cilantro tonight, but highly recommend it in this dish so included the amount I usually use.
