Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork.

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, and cinnamon. Mix everything well, then pour the mixture into the mug.

Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If it needs more time, microwave in additional 10-second intervals. Be careful not to overcook—add time in small increments.
