Peel the potato and cut into small chunks (about 3 cm each).

Peel carrot and cut into wedges (2-3 cm size)

Peel and cut cauliflower.

Wash ribs until water turns clear.

Simmer ribs in pot of water. Season broth with fish sauce, salt, and pepper.

Add potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender and translucent.

Sprinkle scallions on top and serve.
