Steps

Sift both flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together.

In a bowl beat curd, malai, sugar and essence.
- 3
Add dry mix into wet mix and prepare a smooth batter adding milk. throw chocolate chips and mix well.

Line muffin mould with paper cups.
- 5
Pour the batter into mould lined with paper cups and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
- 6
Place in preheated oven and bake at 180c for 20- 25 minutes
