Steps

Dice the ingredients. place the onions in a sufuria and add 40ml then stir.

Add the tomatoes(2), stir then cover for 2 minutes for the tomatoes to tenderise then crash the tomatoes.

Add 1/2cup water and royco. Let it boil and then cut the fish into two and put in the sufuria and add a pinch of salt. Let it cook for 5minutes turn off heat and serve.
