Ingredients

  • 2Karela(Bitter melon)
  • 1Carrot
  • 150 gPork
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 TbspSoy sauce
  • 1 TbspOyster sauce
  • 1 TspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut into slices all ingredients without egg.

  2. 2

    Fry them with oil until it becomes brown.

    Add 50ml water(hot water) and heat it until it will be moderate solidness and add all seasoning.

  4. 4

    Mix eggs and pure into the pan and stir.
