Ingredients

  1. llb. Raw Ground Turkey
  2. 1 TBcooking oil
  3. 1Large Onion Sliced
  4. 4 clovesgarlic chopped
  5. 2 TBTikka Masala
  6. 1 cuppeas and carrots
  7. 1Sliced Ripe tomatoe
  8. 1Roti
  9. 1 cupShredded Lettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a Pan or skillet. Add 1/2 onions and cook 3 mts. Add Turkey and cook until light brown. Add Garlic and Tikka Masala. Cook 3 mts. Add Peas and Carrots. cook 5 mts. and you are done.

  2. 2

    On a roti put about 4 TB of Turkey, Top with sliced onions and shredded lettuce. Sprinkle a little salt. Slice green chillies (optional) and a slices of tomatoes. Enjoy.
