Very easy recipe for the people on the Go stay put. Can keep in your fridge for a week.

Heat oil in a Pan or skillet. Add 1/2 onions and cook 3 mts. Add Turkey and cook until light brown. Add Garlic and Tikka Masala. Cook 3 mts. Add Peas and Carrots. cook 5 mts. and you are done.

On a roti put about 4 TB of Turkey, Top with sliced onions and shredded lettuce. Sprinkle a little salt. Slice green chillies (optional) and a slices of tomatoes. Enjoy.

A cold beer will be good.
