  1. 1-180 mlsmall laban
  2. 1/2-1/3youhoghurt
  3. As neededgarlic powder
  4. 1Arabic bread
  5. vegetables oil like canola oil
  6. pinchkhasmiri chili
  7. somak
  8. 1eggplant
  9. black cumin or fennel seed

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt to the eggplant leave it until get it water out.

  2. 2

    Put oil in the pan and fry eggplant.

  3. 3

    Cut the eggplant.

  4. 4

    Cut the bread with knife into square mix with garlic powder add them in oil.

  5. 5

    Add some bread in bottom of the dish then the fry eggplant.

  6. 6

    Add some bread in the top add laban and youghurt.

  7. 7

    Decorate it with black cumin, somak and kashmiri chili powder.
