Lay out a rice paper wrapper. Add fresh herbs, bean sprouts, garlic chives, rice vermicelli, shrimp, and pork. Roll it up tightly.

To make the dipping sauce: In a saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and coconut milk. Add a little MSG if desired. Season to taste.
