Peel and wash yam pieces

Slice yam pieces in rectangular shapes

Add salt as required

Deep fry in hot oil until slightly brown

Blend pepper, onions,tomatoes

Shallow fry in hot oil

Add whisked eggs in the frying sauce
8

Serve yam and eggs in a dish
